As of right now, I don't know what to call it except incomplete. I think it would probably be advisable to have some time scheduled for it each day (and that was my original intention, combined with getting a "set" number of pages done a day). 'Schedule' some time each day to your project. You may even want to go so far as to schedule a certain amount of time for research then a certain amount of time for outline and writing.
